Nick Duley, CHRL

President and Lead Consultant Nick Duley is an experienced workplace investigator and human resources professional with more than 25 years of leadership and HR experience. He leverages this knowledge to provide practical and insightful HR advice and guidance to public and private sector clients.

Since 2006, Nick has conducted more than 150 workplace harassment, sexual harassment, and human rights-based investigations. Clients frequently remark on the thoroughness and readability of Nick’s investigation reports, and workplace parties often compliment his trauma-informed interview methodology.

Nick has been a member of the Human Resources Professionals Association since 1998 and is a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL), as well as a Member in Good Standing of the Canadian Chapter of the Association of Workplace Investigators. Nick holds an Honours Bachelor of Science in Psychology, in addition to certificates in Human Resources, Advanced Investigation Techniques, and Human Rights Theory and Practice. Nick holds a Secret (Level II) federal security clearance, and has been appointed to the Investigation Unit of the Office of the Sport Integrity Commissioner (OSIC).
