As an HR Consultant, Lynn’s collaborative approach to problem-solving, facilitative communication style and partnership building skills have been honed as she worked with all levels of management, staff and Union Leaders to tackle problems and develop workable solutions. Lynn is regarded as thoughtful, fair and compassionate in her approach to resolving Human Resource challenges. Lynn holds a Bachelor of Management degree and a Business Diploma.
