A life-long learner with a passion for developing the potential in others, Lynn’s career has spanned operational and strategic planning, operations and project management, cross-functional team development, Human Resource planning and leadership and organizational development. As an HR Consultant, Lynn’s collaborative approach to problem-solving, facilitative communication style and partnership building skills have been honed as she worked with all levels of management, staff and Union Leaders to tackle problems and develop workable solutions. Lynn is regarded as thoughtful, fair and compassionate in her approach to resolving Human Resource challenges. Lynn holds a Bachelor of Management degree and a Business Diploma.
