North Shore HR Consulting worked with the owners to develop skill profiles and determine appropriate compensation. We sourced, screened, and interviewed candidates on behalf of the organization, resulting in the acquisition of the company’s first two employees. In addition, we worked with the client to develop employment offers, negotiate salaries, and ensure the appropriate onboarding and training.
  2. An established service provider was looking to expand their business to another geography in Ontario. We conducted a labour market survey to determine the availability of individuals with a specialized skill set, obtaining several applicants to the organization in the process. 
  3. A public sector employer had difficulty locating skilled candidates for a highly specialized role. North Shore HR Consulting actively sourced potential candidates, qualifying and screening them and obtaining several new applicants for the employer.
