President and Lead Consultant Nick Duley relies on more than 25 years of leadership and human resources experience with a variety of private and public sector employers to provide insightful and practical HR advice and guidance. In addition, Nick has conducted more than 150 workplace harassment, sexual harassment, and human rights-based investigations over the past 15 years.
Nick has a talent in being able to build rapport with employees across an organization. He is able to leverage these relationships to ensure that complex employee and labour relations issues are addressed in an empathetic and positive manner that takes into account an organization’s obligations in an ever-changing legislative environment.
Nick has been a member of the Human Resources Professionals Association since 1998 and is a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL). He is also a Member in Good Standing of the Canadian Chapter of the Association of Workplace Investigators, and holds an Honours Bachelor of Science in Psychology, in addition to certificates in Human Resources and Advanced Investigation Techniques.
